SEO and Web Design for Landscapers Who Book the Season Early
Landscaping SEO is seasonal twice over: the spring cleanup rush, the fall cleanup and snow rush, and a long summer in between where mowing, hardscape and planting jobs are won on the website. We build the profile, the service pages and the answers, from $299 a month with no build fee.

What we learned about landscaping SEO the hard way
A landscaping and property-maintenance company we work with in Vermont taught us the most useful thing we know about this trade. It had 180 town-by-service pages. They made up most of its sitemap and earned about a tenth of its search impressions. One blog post answering a single question, how deep a fence post has to go to beat the frost line, earned more clicks than all of its town pages combined. The pages that answer a real question win. The pages that repeat your service list with a town name swapped in don't.
The profile first. Maps searches are the service plus the town: landscaper near me, fall cleanup, snow removal. Your primary category decides which of those you show up for, and a new category doesn't re-file the services already on the profile, so we go through the service list the same day. Then photos of finished yards, the before and the after, and a review request after every job.
One service page per job you sell: spring cleanup, fall cleanup, mowing and maintenance, hardscaping and patios, planting and design, snow and ice if you do it. Each one says how you price it, per visit or per season, what's included, and shows your photos. The question we hear most from landscapers is whether to publish prices. Our answer: publish how you price, even if you don't publish the number.
Town pages go only where Search Console shows that town's residents searching. That's usually a handful of towns, and we build them with real detail about the work there, never a template with the town name swapped in. See the first paragraph for why.
Then the questions people ask before they call: bluestone or pavers for a patio, when to book fall cleanup, who clears the snow at a rental, the owner or the tenant. One at a time, each one demand-checked first and written from your own facts.
Costs are simple. Essentials is $299 a month and includes the website and its hosting and maintenance, plus four blog posts and four Google Business Profile posts every month; it carries most landscaping companies through a season. Growth, at $599 a month, adds the ongoing SEO, AEO and GEO described above. Neither plan has a build fee, and Google Ads, if you want them, are 10% of spend in your own account.

FAQ
Questions landscapers ask us about SEO
February. Indexing a new page takes weeks and a profile's review history takes months, so the work has to land before the first warm weekend, not during it.
They matter for the call more than the rank. A profile and a service page with your real yards get chosen over one with stock photos, and the profile's photo activity is one of the signals Google reads.
No. The company in Vermont had 180 of them and they earned a tenth of its impressions. A few town pages where people are measurably searching, with real detail, beat a matrix every time.
Essentials costs $299 a month: the website, hosting, maintenance, and four blog posts and four Business Profile posts a month. Growth costs $599 a month and brings the ongoing SEO, AEO and GEO with it. The build is included in both, so there is no build fee. Ad management is 10% of what you spend, in your own account.
No. We put the work in writing and report what it produced each month: indexed pages, impressions, the share of them in the top ten, calls and quote requests from search. Nobody controls when Google moves a ranking.
Access to your Google Business Profile, your service list and how you price each service, photos of finished work, the towns you'll actually drive to, and twenty minutes on a call.
